      Pros

      Family company with decent benefits. You are often treated with respect. They are understanding of family obligations and encourage you to put them first.

      Cons

      The company does not pay very well but there are some perks with being with a major media company including discounts.

      Pros

      Well-organized and good communication. As a contractor, I found Hearst to be a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons to report other than that the accounts payable is out of North Carolina and can take 60 days to receive payment.
