      Pros

      At Healthy Nibbles, you're encouraged to bring their own ideas to the table and assume autonomy when carrying out tasks - it's a great place if you're looking to leave your own mark on a company. While working with HN, I've seen the company adapt its business during the challenges of the pandemic. There are ample opportunities for growth and chances to work with a whole range of other exciting businesses. The company has strong leadership from the top-down with a detailed vision of where the company is headed, and how they want to get there. It's nice to work with a company that actively cares about its environmental responsibilities and diversity in its workplace.

      Cons

      Working for the company can be quite fast-paced.
