      The work is making a positive impact on mental health in Oklahoma and driving dollars in the communities they work with. All coworkers are supportive, thoughtful, and brilliant. Leadership is very encouraging and open to feedback.

      Cons

      Small organization, so sometimes people had to take on multiple hats. External forces (ex. political climate) can sometimes make the work frustrating.
