      As company continued to grow, less of an emphasis on company culture Lost lots of good managers and colleagues as company grew

      Pros

      The people made this company. Working at HCS was a highlight of my career. Culture and success was owned by everybody. People genuinely cared about others success and personal well-being. We hired truly talented people and were able to accomplish great things together.

      Cons

      I wish some of us knew how good we had it while we were there together. Hind sight is always 20/20!
