      Was not micro-managed, but that was about the only pro

      lack of benefits, lack of clear direction, expect managers to fill in at every level as well as complete all of the management tasks, expectation of overtime without any type of compensation, no growth potential.

      The person over the area(above management) not the officials tho, That one didn't give to much thought on us. Never got the time from here as the other ones over her did.
