Pros
Great culture and "employee owned". The feel there is one of "family". Corporate "cares" about it's people. Fabulous benefits available. Competitive pay.
Cons
The upper management is very REACTIVE. They are not prepared for slight downturns and are not forward seeing for upturns. Got into the proverbial "overly zealous hiring" and then had to suffer the "major lay off" woes.
