      Toxic management culture. Bullying culture. Total lack of strategic direction.

      I guess this is someone who was fired for a disciplinary matter. I guess it is terrible when we have supported new employees who have bee selected to partake in sport and we have given them time and other sponsorship to pursue that.

      - Some colleagues are very supportive and helpful

      Cons

      - Very little support for progression and training opportunities - Don’t replace staff leaving so lot of burnout - Certain rules for certain people, goal posts change a lot, very inconsistent and messages aren’t passed clearly
