Pros
This is a fast-paced and often challenging environment with a lot to do, and there is real opportunity to make an impact if you’re willing to engage and take ownership. It’s not a place to coast or stay unnoticed, but for people who want to contribute, there is meaningful work, visibility, and the ability to make a difference for the patient population we serve. I’ve brought friends to work here and, along the way, have made some great friendships myself. The work is engaging, the exposure is valuable, and there is a strong sense of purpose tied to what we do.
Cons
The pace and expectations can be demanding, particularly because of the level of service we seek to provide, and this environment is not for someone looking for a slow or low-accountability role. Processes are still evolving, and growth brings challenges that require flexibility and resilience.
