Worst company I have ever worked for - Ireland - Sales Healthcare 21 Employee Review

This is the experience on Ireland No leadership! People in senior positions lack any credibility. They are more market traders used to BOGOF scenario's...., clueless!!!! Always blame suppliers and employees for their shockingly bad senior management team! No team ethics, a complete silo approach Every bad thing you ever heard about a distributor sales model, this company demonstrates with steroids on board! No leadership! No marketing! Don't give a damn about employees, despite making everyone do the most ridiculous on-line training so they can tick boxes in their legal defence. The worst company I have ever worked for!!! I have had some bad experiences. but this HC21 in Ireland.... should come with a mental health and sanity warning. Don't say YES!!!!!!
