Pros
- company puts a lot of emphasis on culture
- usually promotes from within
- long standing company with many long term employees
- Incredible team. "teamwork makes the dream work"
- Regularly have new, exciting project kicking off which keep you busy learning/developing
- It's easier to speak up and have an impact on the company than other places I've worked
Cons
The new, exciting projects can make things feel chaotic, which requires regularly developing and learning new procedures. Sometimes it feels like you just got comfortable and then things change.

Management team is responsive
Everyone is really approachable - can go to anyone from your direct manager to the CEO with a problem or inefficiency
All working together toward the same goal
Opportunity for flexibility to work hybrid
As flexible as they can be with things like absences, etc.
Really feel like a person and not just a number
Cons
Seems slightly "top heavy," a lot of managers
Medical benefits could be better

Friendly coworkers and managers. The CEO is on site most days with his door open.
Collaborative environment
No work on Sundays for all but upper management
Generally caring and compassionate when it comes to employee personal issues.
Cons
Being a medium-sized company theres not a lot of advancment opportunities.
Salary is usually a bit lower than comparable jobs in the same area
Advancement, when available, usually depends more on how well you get along with senior managers instead of being mostly merit-based.
