Pros
Company is growing fast which creates a lot of opportunity if you’re willing to work. Product is strong and clinics actually see the value once you explain it. Also a lot of autonomy once you’re up and running which I like. Also not really sure where the “frat bro culture” stuff comes from in some reviews on here. As a woman I honestly haven’t experienced that at all. The team I work with is competitive but normal sales competitive. People work hard, celebrate wins, help each other with accounts etc. Never felt like it was some frat house environment like a couple reviews claim. Most people here are just focused on growing their territory and doing their job. Leadership has been AMAZING and actually I think Sales Leadership has more women than men.
Cons
It’s a sales role so the pressure to perform is definitely real. If you’re someone who needs a lot of hand holding or a slower pace it won't be the best fit.
