Pros
HealthStream is a great place to work with wonderful people. The work/life balance is why people stay.
Cons
401k benefits were cut again. Now they match 1% on a 10% contribution. Bonuses and salary are below market too. Senior leadership seems more interested with lining their pockets than growing the business and ensuring competent workers.

Cons
Planning a meeting could take a while since management had pretty busy schedules. This is pretty common though, so I don't really think it's that bad.
