Pros

I worked at HealthRise for ~3 years in a leadership position, and I can honestly say it was the best 3 years of my professional career. From the great relationships made, to the vast knowledge & experience gained, my tenure was definitely positive and appreciated! Two big drivers were the amount of autonomy allowed as well as interactions/collaborations being encouraged at all levels within the company.

Cons

Being that this is a Consulting Firm, it shouldn't come as a surprise that travel plays a role. It works for many, but the timing wasn't right for me.

Pros

The way they treat you as an employee is hard to beat. Company culture just keeps getting better with time.

Cons

They don't pay at the top of the market but they make up for it in other ways that help you continue to grow.

Pros

Seems Fantastic at first glance, upon starting. Great Pay! Opportunities!

Cons

However, some younger workers who believe they have the right to decide when older workers should retire or stop working, start to work diligently to sabotage older workers. Say one thing directly to workers or via text messaging (e.g., 'You are doing a great job!'). While behind their back, they are discounting their contribution. And, setting them up to be let go. They are just allowed to get away with it. No consequences. Very few resources are provided to complete the scale of responsibilities. So, this makes you a very disposable target!
