Pros
The pay is pretty decent for this line of work. That's the only positive on this position.
Cons
If you are a workaholic and don't need time off, then this job is for you. It is almost impossible to get a day off. During interview time, they will tell you that you get around 25 days a year of PTO (not sick time, that's not an option) but when you start, you're at the bottom of the totem pole. Days are given to you based on seniority; there are over 150 reps in that company now. Also, most of the supervisors in that department micro-manage like crazy and they don't trust their employees to do their job at all. Quality audits are done 4-6 times per month and they expect only the best. It's very hard to please them. I could only take it for 4 years and had to get the heck out of there. I was working from home and only working 32 hours a week and still it wasn't enough to keep me there. I would stay far, far away from this position and would not suggest it to my worse enemy.
