Day one, I was bullied directly by a "co-worker", and that happened right in front of my supervisor. He didn't even react. Obviously, I could take to the manager. I repeatedly brought up my issues to management, and the answer was that the manager didn't want to be a "drama manager". And yet, the moment of the clique said a single word about me, I was in the office being questioned like the prime suspect on an NCIS show. Despite their unprofessional behavior ( Profane, disruptive during meetings, insulting and borderline harassment) It didn't matter that I was right. It didn't matter that my "team" would do things that were highly unethical. I wasn't part of the clique. So I was quite frankly discriminated against (For many reasons, we won't deal with them here). Worse, I went to HR to ask for assistance and I remember the HR person clearly tell me that this may not be the job for me. There are other jobs I could be looking for if I am not happy. Beautiful. Great advice. I had three offers, I took this one on a recommendation. I guess I should have gone with my first choice. A lot of reviews here say "Forget about getting sick, you are on a warning the moment you call in, or you leave early" My addition is "Unless you have an 'in' with management or your supervisor". If you have a medical condition, you have to kiss a lot of hiney here. If you have principles, you're not going to strive there, move along. You don't "Fit the Profile". I know I didn't, for more than one reason, none of which I had a choice on.
