Pros

1) Good culture 2) Great technical assistance from team.

Cons

1) One might need to extend timings on evenings and sometimes even nights to collaborate with US team folks. 2) Not good compensation: Recruiters are good in playing these game during the hiring. No variable pay and even hike is provided. 3)EM and even tech leads don't have adequate technical knowledge to understand the project and technical details. Their presence are just to track and to ask the statuses and to push towards ETA while only few engineers are fighting against to complete the ticket. 4)Tech stack is limited to Java and SQL. So, people finding opportunities to work on various technologies may not find relevant here.

Regarding trust, it's certainly a vital part of the work environment, but must be a two-way street. New leaders must gain the trust of employees, who must also earn the trust of their boss. Pros

Great overall onboarding and new hire experience. Very well structured internal processes and pleasantly helpful leadership and kind team members! Willingness and proactiveness to get feedback to help with getting better, improving, and refining processes and tools. Great active support to all employees, both tenured and freshies! Pros

Remote work is the only Pro left

Cons

Zero communication & zero leadership. A lot of talking from higher ups but months after merger everything is far, FAR worse than before. Culture = gone Mission = gone Health care benefits= the bare minimum Parental leave= reduced Office= cold, stale, uninviting Summer fridays = gone PTO = reduced with new tenure requirements Bonus= reduced Layoffs = constant
