Trying to improve but late to the game. Investing in people is not a high priority of the management team. Getting product out at all costs with little deference given to the people delivering is a theme that has existed at the healthedge dating back too it’s early days. The grunts at healthedge are good people - management team pays lip service
Cons
Average tenure of staff says it all. People focus is lacking. Can’t buy your way to Agile or DevOps. Doing the things your customers need you to do without sacrificing your people is a strategy that works. Healthedge scape goats it’s people when failures occur. If you join looking for liquidity events, look elsewhere. Even if one were to come, the company is completely leveraged and has little to show for it. Ask for the share price.
