      Low pay Horrible benefits Bonus metrics impossible to meet So focused on increasing profit margin in order to sale that they never returned any pay that was cut in 2020 No adequate support because those that could support are overloaded and overwhelmed with work Advancement at lower levels means still remaining at $10/hour despite having elevated title
