Pros

Somewhat of a descent salary- ok benefits e=neither are great- money and benefits are not everything.

Cons

It is weird weird work. The teams are divided- you dont hear about much office drama but a few mgrs are horrible. They write very bad stuff on your review and tell you no one get a score of a 3. The managers worry about meeting the deliverables and you have a one on one call every freaking week. it is all gov't driven- other QIO's bid on contracts so your out when the contract is up. micro managing up the whazoo. also the COO sits and talks like a freaking robot with everything. At time I wonder if they are human I mean I am not trying to be funny but they are the weirdest people I have ever met. One man depts in HR, ACCTG, etc. Its horrible. If your homeless and truly broke than that is what this job is truly for. People who are close to a certain VP seem to have survived but everyone else start looking

Pros

I enjoyed the flexibility of working from home. My job was entry level... literally bottom of the matrix system so I often had a lot of free time after my main tasks (screening patients on the phone) was done. Back then, there used to be the option to end our Fridays early in the summer, which was nice. I also appreciated the biannual in-person team meetings that the company paid for. The CEO at the time was also a quirky and eccentric guy that made all-team meetings a bit more fun.

Cons

The pay was very low, at least for Associate Consultants. Raises were very small and promotions seemed hard to come by from what I witnessed and heard recently. During my time, there was also very few young and people of color at the company; I don't think this is done deliberately but this is a company with a lot of older people, which might be good for some folks, but maybe not for younger people.
