      My co workers were nice

      Cons

      Horrible management, favoritism obvious, lack of experienced managers, rules change constantly, and pay for jobs is not equal. Training does not take place. Place is a total beat down, have never seen such poor employee retention

      Good pay, supportive work place, remote work. Supervisor was excellent. Was very happy in this workplace.

      Downsizing of staff and not always the best communication from upper management.
