Relaxed environment, opportunity to move up, paid training, nice environment, busy work

No overtime, no cell phone, no tuition reimbursement, smoking off campus, limited parking

I had good co-workers

Management is the worst, makes all kinds of promises to get you in the door then once you start they don't keep their word. Full time employees promised 40 hours a week, but management constantly changed time card from 40 to 39.99 or was told to take extended lunch by 15 minutes for being over 5 minutes. Supervisors play favorites. Horrible attendance policy, you get written up for going to the doctor and being sick despite having a medical excuse from the doctor. Also, Co-worker of mine has health conditions and they weren't willing to work with him on a schedule so now he has almost passed out at work several times. Asking questions to management is a joke, sent to 3 different people in a continuous cycle with no answers. No pay increases or appreciation for doing a good job.
