My coworkers were like family. I developed lifelong friendships with a lot of them. Patient safety is always priority.

Cons

Administration is out of touch with what it's like to work on the floor as a RN. Short staffed all the time. Patient to nurse ratio unsafe.

great coworkers, easy to transfer to other units

Cons

company wants to work you to death and not pay you for your worth. punish you for speaking out. ppl in charge have no idea what they’re doing.
