Thanks for your review. I’m grateful for our continuous learning principle, which helps us see lots of learning opportunities. I also recognize that while economic realities are difficult, and as we balance being EBITDA positive, I am happy that we were able to offer raises to all of our team members this year, in line with the compensation data we receive from Radford.
