Thank you for your review and feedback. Grateful to hear of the positives that you feel that management cares about your mental health and your work/life balance. We certainly do, and hope that this will always be the case. The RSUs that we provide as part of the bonus have only a one year vest, tied to the one year bonus payout timeframe which is the same as the cash component of the bonus. Other non-bonus equity grants you receive annually do vest over typically a four-year period, but those are different from the bonus RSUs which vest after one year. Sorry for any confusion on that topic. Best, Dan
