      Pros

      I’ve worked in healthcare most of my adult life and although I still perform the same job functions with HealthCatalyst, I do believe that we are providing this data more efficiently. I feel blessed to work for a company who values me as a team member and treats me with respect.

      Cons

      I still am unclear about job opportunities for nurses within HealthCatalyst once efficiencies are completed.

      Thank you for your review and feedback. And I appreciate where you are coming from regarding having a better understanding of opportunities in other areas of the company. I'm excited for 2021 to include a great deal of clinical improvement work with many of our clients as we get past the challenges associated with the pandemic, and believe this improvement work will provide meaningful opportunities for those with clinical training to contribute.       Pros

      There are some really amazing people still there. Depending on the department, there is still a good work life balance.

      Cons

      The current organizational structure offers limited paths for career advancement or promotions, particularly with the strategic shift toward expansion in India. Additionally, there is a growing disconnect between leadership's strategic direction and daily operational realities, leading to execution challenges on the ground. Things feel very disorganized. People are stretched thin.
