5yThank you for this review and feedback, and for your kind and encouraging words. They are meaningful and appreciated. And thank you for the feedback regarding us having an opportunity to do a better job of communicating opportunities for clinicians who may be doing abstraction work now, but if we realize efficiencies, could be affected by certain jobs being no longer financially sustainable. First I would share that we're excited to see our clinical improvement work with clients starting to ramp back up as our clients have more time and space to think about these important workstreams in a post-COVID-crisis environment. This clinical improvement work will represent a really positive opportunity for team members with clinical training and experience to help us grow and fulfill more improvement work. This will be a major focus in 2021, and our strong hope is to retain as many of our team members as we possibly can, at Health Catalyst, this year in particular as we continue still face unique pandemic-related challenges. We've tried to share this objective as part of our all team member discussions, in enabling our team members to continue with us through the pandemic, even if it requires some shared sacrifice to preserve team members' positions.
