Thank you for your review and feedback. And thank you for your contributions, made over a long period of time, from our fantastic Minneapolis office. Your work is so meaningful and it matters. We certainly do care about each of our team members, including you. As I mentioned in my most recent visit to your office, the work that you each accomplish on behalf of one of our largest clients, is directly tied to our company's mission, and is incredibly meaningful. I also appreciate your feedback regarding the remote team member experience and your desire to see more leadership development opportunities. These are areas of consistent focus for us, and we're working to be systemically good in both these areas, but there's always room for improvement.
