We STRONGLY feel that this is highly inaccurate and misrepresentation of who we are.
1. As a mission focussed, high growth startup, work at times gets abrupt and challenging. We do not encourage long hours but motivate for meaningful work
2. We follow a standard 10 days national holiday calendar
3. Our policies were transparent and will remain so; Effective 2019, we have a renewed policy
4. We have an open culture, strictly refrain from office politics and alike. We strive to have collaborative environment with open workspaces
5. This is a false accusation and we have always valued employees who have created impact at Healofy
6. Founders are passionate about their mission to build and offer a safe, trusted community for Women where they feel empowered and informed. Their passion accelerates their contribution. Working with like minded folks accelerates our journey towards this mission
7. Lunch and hot beverages are free to all team members; our partners serve delicious Indian cuisines
8. Free of cost
We respect the contribution of each team member and reward them for the impact they create.
