Pros
Flexiblility in making your own hours as long as you are making your numbers and getting your interviews within a certain amount of time per interview completed.
Cons
They paid for flight to do a 7 day training in Raleigh North Carolina and put us all up in a hotel ridden with roaches, mold and mildew where we did our training as well. They fed us well, but the training was terribly boring. After 7 days of training given a tablet and an assignment to only have cases moved around if not completed on first try. this company contracts with major companies for field interviewing and those same companies should just stick to their own hiring/payroll because associating with Headway, (who because of bad reputation changed its name a couple of years ago) will only diminish their credibility as quality research organizations.
