No in-person meetings. Since headstrt only operates on a wfh basis, I still haven't had the opportunity to meet people which I feel would increase the ease of working with other team mates!

I learnt a lot as they work with cutting edge tech tools and are building a very innovative global product.

Stressful requirements and insufficient mentorship because it is a small startup.
