- founders enjoy policing the internal communication channels. write incorrectly in one of the 600+ channels or 800+ group tags and you will be publicly shamed. ( you used wrongly, lets create another channel!) - roll out more systems after systems and processes after processes to micro manage you and confuse you and give you more work! ( you dont understand, lets create new process!) - strong favoritism to the few from the start even though they just create more chaos. ( lets new channels and tags!) - always the same ones giving/receiving meanlingless kudos ( you moved a shalf - KUDOS!). - bad execution at every level of the company ( but hey heres a kudos for doing one something right! )
