I'm impressed with how the company prioritizes creating a culture where people feel supported, empowered, and able to thrive both professionally and personally. I also appreciate Headlight's mission and how they're tackling mental healthcare in a thoughtful and innovative way. It's a company I am proud to work for. They're growing fast and the future feels bright and full of opportunity.

As with any fast-growing company, things can move quickly and priorities sometimes shift. But it's good that leadership is transparent about the why behind changes and are always open to feedback.
