      Pros

      Amazing place to learn about recruitment and fairly good working opportunities for fresh graduates who are hungry for growth. Compensation is not great but with the commission earnings, it becomes a really high paying job.

      Cons

      Management are just yes men/women. Always restructuring teams to ensure revenue growth. Management have a few favourites who are in the spotlight.
