Pros
Your outline and path for promotion is set out from the beginning and you know the criteria that you need to achieve. There is also plenty of opportunities to relocate within Hays if that is what you are looking for.
Cons
The working hours are long and the role does involve quite a bit of travel, dependant on area. I think this should be stressed more to new recruits so they know what to expect.
