      Pros

      Some of the staff are fantastic to work with. Reasonable salary & good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Poor management making weak decisions, limited benefits and a regressive approach to change. One of the most backwards companies I've ever worked at, totally stuck in the last century. Some great people work here, but are not adequately rewarded.
