Everything! Management are not approachable in any way, you're walking on eggshells to ensure you don't get fired for no apparent reason. They don't need to give a reason for the loss of job, they like to employ on contract so they can get rid of you before you decide to leave on your own accord. Whilst I was there the turnover of staff was extortionate. Not enough encouragement, all about doing better than your best. I would never ever recommend anyone to apply for a job here. It is such a shame a world renowned recruitment company is run the way that it is.
