Pros
If you’re an employee of Haycarb, you’ll be under the umbrella of SL’s largest conglomerate “the world of Hayleys”. You’ll be entitled for specific benefits other than another SL conglomerate. The director board is kind of friendly to talk and they are open to talk.
Cons
If you’re a member of Haycarb, you should have a greater mental capacity to handle the workload and life balance, since there’s limited space to go out the office at 5pm sharp without any pending works. You need to put do not disturb if you want to have a sleep because if they needed, they’ll call you even in a mid night. And the work culture is dramatic traditional and no causality in Fridays. Many senior employees judge their employees by the attires. Similarly lack of career growth and only the late night works.
