      Great environment to work in, great life/work balance, opportunities to try new positions, good benefits (sick leave, vacation leave, holiday pay, medical that included dental, vision, and drug coverage).

      Cons

      The pay wage was low compared to the cost of living and there was little to no opportunity for raises even with experience.

      Pros

      I love working at the library. Everyone is very nice and the hours are very flexible. The managers are nice and the security guards are friendly. Although there are many homeless people in the library, I always feel safe.

      Cons

      The only con is the pay is not that high, and from what I've heard some people get items stolen sometimes.
