Pros
The offices are nice and in a good location. Great, intelligent people but they are all miserable and worried about their jobs. Jewelry industry insiders know about Haskell, it used to be a big company.
Cons
Literally you had to hand print in and out so they knew when you came and went. Not flexible. Terrible Benefits. Minimal raises and bonuses. Everyone was very cut throat as they knew that we were all disposable. The more the CFO/owners son messed up, the more job cuts they would have to make. No one was safe so everyone was defensive. The moral was worse at Haskell than at any other job I have had before or since. Just a badly run place and management sees no reason to fix or improve the culture.
