Management gives heavy pressure by giving huge targets in short duration but in return they will give you in peanuts as salary but don't give any good hikes or promotions in return. All other team in enabling functions will get good rewards unlike recruitment. Basically the growth is drastically slow on the top of it there is no learning opportunities or exposure in the team. The salaries are low as per the market standards but they will get the work from ours like consultancy. Dont understand why there is a partiality in recognisation for recruitment alone. On the other hand there is lot of internal politics you need to handle inside the team starting from project allocation to promotions.
