I have been working here from past many years. While HashedIn was actually a great place to work but now its lost everything, literally everything. There are no good projects for the developers, everyone is on bench and for people on bench they are forced to take up trainings that they are not interested in. Trainings and projects used to be on employee interest while it was HashedIn. those days are gone and employees are forced to take up trainings. Like a person hired for office duty might get trained on Gen AI due to project demands and to be frank there are no projects as well. And people used to bring up the bi yearly bonus and salary increment. its all just fake now. Variable is not there as there are no projects. Only HR team might be getting promotions and bonuses. And Salary increment is a clear joke now, they say twice a year but they give nothing. This is the the current HashedIn and I wouldn't recommend working here anymore to anyone.
