      - Benefits (smartphone, wellbeing, free food, wifi bill, travel expense, etc....) - Free Gifts once in a while - Good office culture

      Cons

      - The work itself is a bit disappointing, while onboarding to a project. The manager will tell us something and when we are actually working in the project we will know its not at all related to what they said
