Unstructured and not well organized HR and recruitment processes.HR and recruitment team don't respond to emails or chat. Recruitment team is the worst. They are very unprofessional, if we send a mail to get some issue resolved, they call you and ask to stop sending the mails because the CEO Himanshu is asking why it's not resolved. They convince you that they are working on the issue, but they refuse to send a formal email communication on that. This is very pathetic.
The offer letter they gave does not even have any authorised signature from the company's end. I doubt if it's even a valid document. When asked why the offer letter is not signed, they told it's because it is a auto-generated offer letter.
If you are from a good service/product based MNC don't join this company.
