1. Great learning very flexible in switch tech spec. 2. Great colleges helpful.
Cons
1. Very bad package structure for the type of work they ask you to do. 2. No recognition for the person working hard than others. 3. Salary bonus is there to trap you in the contract for 1 year so your salary will reduce by 1lac or so if you leave even before 1-2 days before completing the review cycle.
