Work life balance not good New HR is very rude and don't know how to talk with employee. When you call her for any query she will extend 2 days everytime means you need to call her atleast 20 times. To completing your query request she could take 30-40 days.

Infrastructure is good but working environment is bad, If you can survive in such type of suffocated environment, then this company is certainly for you.

Company is not good in terms of culture and working environment. Minimum working hours are 8 in paper, but in actual it is 10 hours and sometimes even to 12 apart from lunch. Saturdays are off in paper, but you have to work on that day as well. All the employees have been left due to bad policies setup by HR and Manager. Only freshers left in the company. The CEO thinks developers are labor here and if we are giving them money, they have to work minimum 12 hours. The manager is very bad. He lacks in management. He is only filling his pocket by taking free salary and usually cries in front of everyone when the blame supposed to be come on his name. No personal and professional work life balance. They even asked to leave the family for the company.
