Pros

The company has a fairly tight and pleasant in-house culture, at least superficially and has regular informational and call-in meetings. Generally a pleasant and cooperative environment if you don't have to deal with office politics. Benefits, especially medical is pretty good. Nice lunchroom.

Cons

Consensus is they are a bit low on the compensation. While engineers are good, the company has an on-going sub-par marketing effort and team. Product management in the US is weak to poor. Customer service is mostly ok. Overall, upper & mid-management has been sub-par. One of the managers got the position via nepotism by the former CEO. Corporate culture has declined in the last few years. Most of the molecular products are me-too with 25 yr old designs priced too high for the market. I've seen disloyalty by company toward good sales reps. Many people left 2018-19.

Pros

Coworkers were lovely and personable, great to work with and culturally it was a nice mix of people. Benefits were above average (not excellent).

Cons

Pay is low. Ended up leaving for the same type of work at a different place for 25-30% more. I think their Minnesota based HR department needs a class on salaries in relation to geography. Massive turnover. In my few years time, 2 CEOS, 4 CMOs, 2 CFOs...that doesn't show stability. Every several months there seems to be a small layoff/hours & pay cut.
