Not too many cons here

Nice kitchen, stocked with coffee, tea, snacks etc.

Toxic manager would yell at all his subordinates every single day. And you can't go to HR because everyone is so used to this kind of behavior. Management is aware but ignore the abuse. Don't recommend working here at all
