      the product is good ..... that is really about it

      the corporate office has no idea what they are doing with the Retail division the pay is horrible and insulting for the amount of work and expectations/repercussions you have to deal with

      Pros

      Easy, laid-back environment. Decent work-life balance. Overtime during the seasonal month.

      Cons

      Lackluster management, lack of communication between departments and shifts. Not much overtime throughout the year.
