      Pros

      8 months of the year, work like balance is good.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, low 401k contributions and catastrophic health insurance. These are jobs of last resort with little gratitude of working 16 hours a day, 6 days a week for 3-4 months a year. Avoid if you can.

      Pros

      Easy, laid-back environment. Decent work-life balance. Overtime during the seasonal month.

      Cons

      Lackluster management, lack of communication between departments and shifts. Not much overtime throughout the year.
