Harrow College has the worse atmosphere for an employee to work at. The management from the highest levels dictate bullying and harassment culture without any reservation. Management is extremely poor and chaotic, managers are not skilled or experienced and do not have the knowledge and understanding of how to deal with staff or other everyday running issues. The only language management from highest to middle and then to line management understand is blind obeying without questions. They fake all their results by pretending student's success and retention. The atmosphere is terribly poisonous in SIM department, employees have no regards and care for each other, they back stab each other continuously! Employees are asked to do 3 other employee jobs while they are doing their own!. There is no regards for employees right to work the contracted hours, employees are asked to work over time even at evenings without pay. Stay away from this place, it will burn you out from trusting employers! Do not believer their propaganda and false promises, they are a loss to the community!

car park never has enough spaces for tutors and nowhere else to legally park in nearby vicinity some classes are a very long walk from entrance their is no lift in old building not suitable for disabled students
